Cineworld Ashton-under-Lyne will be showing the upcoming Coldplay live concert film in the special formats 4DX and ScreenX. This will be the first time a concert has been used in these screens and is a first of its kind innovation.
ScreenX is the auditorium where the main screen ‘wraps around’ onto the adjoining walls so will feel like viewers are sat surrounded by the band and crowd on all sides.
4DX is the screening room with moving chairs and mist / air effects which will be synchronised to the concert taking cues from their famous light shows.
Tickets can now be purchased from the Cineworld website or the Cineworld app.
