That’s just some of the findings of the BBC’s annual report into the cost of watching our national game in a survey out today.
The cheapest adult season ticket in the Premier League is £299 at Manchester City that compares to Arsenal where its most expensive will set you back £1,955, although this includes seven cup matches.
It will cost £2.50 for a cup of tea to watch the Red Devils, (£1.80 at city)
The survey found that overall average ticket prices across English football’s top four divisions have fallen by up to 2.4 per cent, a figure welcomed by those in and out of the game.
