Investigators believe that one car had collided with another while attempting to pass it, resulting in the vehicle flipping
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
Police are asking for anyone with information to please come forward.
This includes anyone who witnessed the incident, or has CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage from the area.
