A driver who stopped to relieve himself on the Motorway has been arrested after he tested positive for cannabis
The incident happened on the M62
North West Motorway police tweeted
“A GMP Motorway patrol spotted the driver of this vehicle stopped in an Emergency Refuge Bay on M62 J18 to 19 so they could relieve themselves. Driver tested positive for cannabis and was arrested S5a of Road Traffic Act.“
