Yesterday saw another 813 people dying in hospital after testing positive for Covid-19, taking the UK total to 20,319.
Figures from the Department of Health saw 640,792 tests concluded as of 9.00am this with 28,760 tests yesterday.
517,836 people have been tested of which 148,377 tested positive while 16,411 people are currently in hospital with coronavirus, down from 17,049 yesterday.
