PC Ryan Pointon 31, a student officer based on the City of Manchester district, has been charged with sexual assault and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court tomorrow
PC Pointon has been suspended from duty. Misconduct proceedings will recommence upon conclusion of criminal proceedings.
