The M62 Eastbound between zJunctions 22 and 12 is currently blocked as fire crews tackle a car fire this evening
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service added: “Crews arrived quickly and used two breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a dry powder extinguisher to extinguish the fire. Firefighters remain at the scene at this time.”
