This Burns Night, The Black Friar is hosting an authentic Scottish whisky experience in partnership with Highland Park Whisky, accompanied by an innovative five-course tasting menu by Head Chef Ben Chapin.

The event will be held on Saturday 25th January, and tickets are now available for £65 per person here.

The ticket includes a five-course tasting menu and whisky tasting led by Senior Whisky Specialist.

Chef Ben Chaplin, renowned for his creative takes on classic dishes, will craft a five-course traditional Scottish menu, with each dish paired perfectly with one of Highland Park’s signature whiskies. Courses will include a Cured Scallop Ceviche with Highland Park 12yr, Haggis Neeps and Tatties paired with Highland Park 18yr and traditional Scottish dessert Cranachan With Highland Park 21yr.
