When it comes to festive cocktails, Bundobust’s Coconut Hot Toddy brings a warming mix of bourbon, coconut rum, cinnamon and lemon juice, while the Masala Chaas features brandy, Baileys and ginger liqueur shaken with iced vegan chai. On the non-alcoholic side, the Ginger Tom is the perfect tee-total tipple – comprising ginger ale, cranberry juice, apple, cinnamon, lime, and mint – all served in a champagne flute.
This Christmas also marks a very special moment for beer lovers at Bundo, as the street food stalwart welcomes in a selection of festive bottles from across Europe and the US – including the seminal Sierra Nevada Celebration. Christmas bookings are now open at all four Bundobust venues, including for the first time at its brand new brewery site on Oxford Street in Manchester. Parties of eight or less can book online for the Manchester and Liverpool locations, but it’s six or less at the original Leeds restaurant.
