The Manchester United player Antony travelled back to England from São Paulo yesterday and has agreed to meet Greater Manchester Police over allegations of abuse.
He is reportedly willing to surrender his phone to the force to help them with their investigations.
Police in Brazil confirmed they do not require any further information from him.
The player is adamant that he has done nothing wrong and wants to sit down with officers and let them ask him questions, a source told the Sun newspaper.
The club are currently are giving him leave with pay and are supporting him
