A 19-year-old man has been taken to hospital with injuries that are not deemed to be life threatening after he was assaulted by a man using a broken bottle.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
A cordon was in place but it has now been lifted and there are no disruptions to public transport across the city centre.
