With the lines between live, work and play becoming increasingly blurred, everyone from young professionals through to growing families are looking for communities that offer them everything in one place. That is what Found is looking to deliver.

An experience-centric lifestyle brand designed to remove the divides between where we sleep, eat and socialise, Found delivers a 360-lifestyle experience across workspaces, living spaces and the wider neighbourhoods that they operate within, creating and enhancing communities.

Launching this September in Manchester from developer FEC, Found will be bringing spaces to life stretching across seven neighbourhoods within the Victoria North regeneration area and operating under two sub-brands – Found Living and Found Spaces. Whether you’re looking for a home to rent, a commercial space to launch or expand your business or you want to hold an event, Found has the space for you.

Taking its approach further than anything that’s been seen before, Found will not just focus on the buildings it operates, but will spill out into the broader community activating every inch of the neighbourhoods that it calls home.

From boiler room sessions in its exclusive venue ‘Arch 19’ at Red Bank, to transforming the historic Angel Meadow Park into candle-lit venue where an orchestra will play renditions of Hacienda classics to family friendly carnivals, Found will offer something for everyone, no matter where you’re from or your stage in life.

To properly introduce Found to the Manchester community, it will be hosting The Red Bank Arch Party on Saturday 7th September to show the city what it’s all about. Residents Half Dozen Other, The Spärrows and Green Arches Brewery will be providing the eats, alongside pop ups from Wideboys and Love From bar, while Jamie Anne, Jake Rowbottom and SHADEV will be providing the beats. Tickets for general admission are available for free here.

Gemma Price, managing director of Found, commented: “Found is an operator brand unlike anything else in the UK right now. Not like other brands, you don’t have to live in a Found building or rent a Found workspace to be part of the community we’re building. We’re absolutely committed to activating the building, spaces and neighbourhoods that we operate within, but we are also committed to engaging with existing communities, as well as cultivating new ones.

“Given the variety we have across our portfolio – from open green spaces to heritages arches and brand new buildings, we can open everything up to the public and create destinations that people feel they belong in. Whether you’re looking for plans on a Friday night, somewhere to take your family on a weekend or are new to the city and looking for a social scene, we have what you need.”

Gavin Taylor, Regional General Manager, FEC Manchester, added: “It’s an incredibly exciting time for FEC as we take the bold step into creating a truly end-to-end offering for all of our customers, from residents through to investment partners. This unique holistic approach will help us to drive better investment opportunities for our stakeholders and drive further inward investment into the cities we operate within, supporting their long-term growth.”
