Manchester neighbourhood New Maker Yards is offering new monthly Uber Eats vouchers worth £480 or more for the year.

The canal-side neighbourhood in Salford offers stylish, modern apartments within Middlewood Locks, a 10-minute walk from Spinningfields, and those reserving homes before the end of March can enjoy up to £60 per month in Uber Eats vouchers for the first 12 months of their stay.

The vouchers can be spent on food and groceries from restaurants and shops available via Uber Eats.

Get Living, New Maker Yards’ neighbourhood operator, has partnered with Uber on the scheme to offer residents delicious meals with contact-free delivery.  Once lockdown restrictions lift, the vouchers could also be used for requesting trips via the Uber app. This comes in addition to the range of benefits and services Get Living already provides its residents including free WiFi, no deposits or fees, exclusive offers with Sky Q, option to have a pet at no extra cost and access to a calendar of free social events.

Steven Osei, Head of Brand Experience and Partnerships, at Get Living said: “In the early days of 2021, we know that there is still uncertainty around the pandemic, so we’re delighted to be partnering with Uber Eats to help residents treat themselves to a takeaway.

“We’ve spent the past year focusing on how we can help our customers do more by adapting to the ways that people now live, from redesigning home spaces for more comfortable home-working to making our properties pet-friendly. We know that throughout lockdown many of our New Maker Yards residents relied on Uber Eats for their meals, and so we wanted to incorporate this into our offer. When we’re out of lockdown and it’s safe to travel around our cities again, residents will also be able to benefit from Uber credits across rides.”
