The Child serial killer Lucy Letby has had a bid to challenge a conviction for the attempted murder of a baby girl dismissed by the Court of Appeal
The Former nurse is serving a whole life prison sentence after she was convicted of seven murders and seven attempted murders against babies in her care
Letby was found guilty of another charge of attempted murder of a girl, baby K, and received another whole life sentence at a second trial in Manchester earlier this year .
She claimed the second trial was unfair and should have been stopped due to “unadulterated vitriol” aimed at her after her original convictions.
Letby lost an appeal bid in May against the first set of convictions,
