A man has died after being hit by a speeding car driven on the wrong side of the road in Longsight
The thirty three year old pedestrian was hit and injured on Monday evening on Dickenson Road while crossing
crossing the road when the car collided with him.
The car failed to stop at the scene, but two men, age 19 and 21, were arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving a short while later on Adelphi Street, Salford.
Police said at the time they believed that the car was travelling at speed, on the wrong side of the road. At the junction of Dickenson Road with Anson Road,
