Back by popular demand, a dining experience like no other is returning to Greater Manchester later this month as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve up a serious dose of tomfoolery.

The Faulty Tower’s Dining Experience – inspired by the 1974 comedy classic series Fawlty Towers, is described as ‘mayhem on a plate packed full of non-stop laughter’ and we can’t possibly imagine why.

Created in homage to the iconic sitcom written by John Cleese and Connie Booth, fans of the tv show are invited to indulge in a 70’s inspired three-course menu with a Bolton Food and Drink Festival twist, while enjoying this loving tribute to the legendary comedy classic.

While inspired by the BBC series, the experience itself is developed around its own format and is not affiliated with the iconic TV show, with over 70% of the evening completely improvised on the night – meaning no two experiences are ever the same.

For one night only you can become part of the action as guests can expect nothing short of guaranteed hilarity and a brilliant night out while taking an eager look behind the curtain and becoming fully immersed in your favourite TV show.

A highly interactive and spectacular evening where anything could happen… and it usually does.

The unique event is returning to the award-winning Bolton Food and Drink Festival, hosted at the Albert Halls on Saturday 26th August 2023 from 6:30pm.

The festival itself takes place over the August bank holiday weekend, from Friday 25th to Monday 28th August and is completely free to attend.

Event organisers have pulled out all the stops to celebrate the 18th birthday of the festival this year, with a huge offering of entertainment, activities, and events that the whole family can enjoy.
