Two men have appeared in court in Manchester today charged over the death of a 60 year old man in Oldham
Bob Payne, was taken to hospital with critical injuries after being found at an address on Frances Street following reports of a disturbance but died three days later in hospital
Jamie Kennedy aged 24 of Yorkshire Street, Oldham, has been charged with one count of murder.
Christopher Kennedy aged 25 also of Yorkshire Street has been charged with Section 47 Assault and Common Assault.
Both men appeared at Manchester Magistrates’ Court today and have been remanded in custody.
