A fifty year old man will appear in court this morning in connection with the sexual assault of a young girl.
Jason Bursk of Overton Close, Radcliffe has been charged with two counts of attempted rape and one count of sexual assault in relation to an incident that occurred on Albion Street in the early hours of last Friday.
He has also been charged with two counts of trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence and one count of sexual assault for three incidents that took place between January 2012 and July 2019.
