Thirty six Universities including Manchester Metropolitan could face legal action from current and former students who say they did not get the education they paid for during the Covid pandemic
It follows a settlement yesterday made between University College London and Student Claim Group.
Students and graduates are seeking compensation under the Consumer Rights Act for people studying during the academic years 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.
Over 170,000 students are still pursuing legal action against 36 universities for changes to teaching during the pandemic
