A 31 year old man will appear in court today charged with murder
Stephan Garner of Somerton Court, Blackley, has been charged with murder following the death of a woman at the weekend.
The woman has been named locally as Amber O’Brien and the charges relate to an incident on Broadmoss Drive, Blackley on Sunday
