A 30 year old motorcycle has been killed this morning in Trafford.
He was riding a a red Kawasaki motorcycle when it collided with an oncoming black Volkswagon Caddy on Whitecarr Lane around 8.00am
The driver of the VW stopped at the scene.No arrests have been made.An investigation is underway.
Sergeant Matt Picton, of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “This incident sadly resulted in the death of a man and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this devastating time.
“Our enquiries are ongoing and I would like to use this opportunity to appeal to anyone with information or dash cam footage which may assist us to get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
