A nineteen year old man will appear in court this morning after a woman died after being hit by a car outside a pub in Pemberton on Friday evening
Jacob Gaskell of Malborough Avenue, Ince has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, whilst disqualified, whilst unlicensed/ uninsured, serious injury by dangerous driving, whilst disqualified and failing to stop.
The female pedestrian in her 40s died when the car hit her outside the Fifteens pub.
A male pedestrians were seriously injured. A second male who was also arrested has been released under investigation.
Gaskell has been remanded in custody until a hearing at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court today
