A seventeen year old boy will appear in court today charged with two counts of section 18 assault and possession of an offensive weapon after a double stabbing outside a City Centre restaurant on Tuesday evening.
Two people were taken to hospital with stab wounds after police were called to Akbar’s on Liverpool Road.
The boy who cannot be named for legal reasons has been remanded to appear before Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ court this morning
