Specialist guest services provider Portico is implementing a regional growth strategy as it looks to significantly expand its footprint across key regional hubs in the UK.  The company already has a presence in seven major UK cities, including Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and beyond.

The award-winning supplier of high quality, tailored guest services already works with some of the leading businesses in the region, mobilising, managing and enhancing guest services at client offices and prime residential and commercial properties.

Currently, Portico has 30 team members operating in five sites across Manchester, and recently signed a contract with property asset management company, JLL, to provide front-of-house guest services at over 80 of its sites across the UK including at One New York Street in Manchester.

Portico secured its first contract in Manchester in 2018 and, since then, has grown its presence by securing further contracts at sites including NatWest, PwC, Eversheds and Channel 4. It supplies services ranging from reception and concierge services to workplace management.
