A woman in her 60’s has died after being hit by a car that failed to stop on Edenfield Road Rochdale this evening
The car was believed to be a grey Mercedes or Audi, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene
Chief Inspector Bob Cantrell, of Greater Manchester Police, said: “Our thoughts remain firmly with the woman’s loved ones at this difficult time.
“If anyone witnessed this collision and has any dashcam footage or information about the grey car please get in touch with police as soon as possible. It is believed the grey car will have significant damage to the front end.”
