Victoria Baths has announced She Drew The Gun as the headline act for an evening of music, drink, food and more that will take place at Manchester’s historic pool halls on Saturday 20 April.
She Drew The Gun is fronted by Wirral born songwriter Louisa Roach, who draws acclaim for both her music and the spirit of rebellion carried through songs that rally against injustice and take you beyond fuzzy psych-pop.
Louisa began by playing solo gigs around Liverpool and quickly caught the attention of The Coral’s James Skelly who she began working with her on her debut album, recruiting band members along the way. Winners of the Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition (2016), BBC Radio 6 Music top ten album (2018), multiple UK tours and three albums with singles consistently play listed by BBC6 Music are all part of She Drew The Gun’s back story.
Bringing main stage performance experience from Glastonbury and Blue Dot to the intimate setting of Victoria Baths make this a must see gig from She Drew The Gun. As intimate settings go there are none more spectacular than those offered by the Grade II* listed Victoria Baths. Also adding to the atmosphere will be a series of art exhibitions that are part of SpringFest, a celebratory day of music and art for families and friends to enjoy taking place at Victoria Baths during Saturday 20 April (11am to 4pm). Full details for SpringFest are to be announced.
Victoria Baths bar will open from 7pm serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plus savoury bar snacks. Pop up street food of the steamed buns, spring rolls and savoury dumplings variety will be on offer from Dim Sum Su, Wholesome Junkies will be cooking up their legendary vegan burgers, dogs and wings and Exclusive Scoop will be serving delicious ice creams and crepes.

All proceeds help to support the work of Victoria Baths Trust, which oversees the upkeep of the Grade II* listed building and ensures that it remains open as a cultural venue for the benefit of the community.
