A body found in the River Bollin in Hale has sadly been identified as missing 14-year-old, Luke Howe
Police put out an urgent appeal to find a missing 14 year old schoolboy Luke Howe from Hale late last night
He was last seen on Bankhall Lane around 6.15 yesterday
Police have been searching the River Bollin in Trafford and the River Mersey in south Manchester.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
His family had earlier said he has ‘no concept of danger’ due to his global developmental delays and autism. He has run away from home before, has run towards roads and has previously had to be rescued by emergency services.
