Derbyshire Police are appealing for witmesses after two motorcyclists died yesterday on Snake Pass, the A57 Road connecting Manchester and Sheffield

The accident happened on the stretch through Holden Clough at around 1.10pm and involved two red Ducati motorbikes.

Both riders, a man in his 50s and a man in his 60s, suffered serious injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.

The road was closed between Glossop and Ladybower Reservoir and two air ambulances were scrambled to the scene

Police are keen to speak to anyone with dashcam footage of the collision, or footage showing the riders in the moments leading up to the collision.
