Two people have been charged over the death of eight year old Safiullah Latif Asif in Ashton under Lyne last July
Kevin Jones,aged 34 of Gorseyville Crescent, Wirral has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death whilst unlicensed and causing death whilst uninsured.
Thomas McGrath aged 22 of Gorton Road, Stockport, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Safiullah was hit by a car on Ryecroft Avenue close to his home.He was taken to hospital but sadly died shortly after.
