Mancunians looking for somewhere to cool down need look no further as Martin Miller’s gin launches a pop-up ice bar in the heart of the city.
Be At One bar will be giving up its whole upper floor to become an icy oasis on Friday 30th May with an exclusive event to celebrate the launch of Martin Miller’s Gin, now available in all Be At One venues.
For one night only, visitors will see the space transformed into an immersive nod to Iceland, right here in Manchester. Be At One will quite literally be the coolest bar in town, with everything from a sofa to the bar made entirely out of ICE – crafted by Icebox, the UK and Europe’s leading Ice Specialist.
Inspired by Martin Miller’s quest to Iceland to source the “finest gin money could buy”, visitors to the ice bar will be able to freeze the moment with a glacial photo frame or leave their mark on the graffiti wall, built from blocks of ice.
With Manchester known for its cool credentials, the bar has been chosen for the event to celebrate Martin Miller’s being selected as Be At One’s premium gin pour of choice in all of its venues across the country.
Cocktails will be served in glasses made of ice. The ‘Land of Ice and Fire’ cocktail will be the showstopper of the evening, – a serve infused with a berry pear, along with martini, lemon and lychee. Guests can also try the ‘Glacial Peach’, that mixes Passoa and ras-cran cordial with the premium gin, topped with ginger ale, or opt for a Negroni or G&T for something a little bit more classic.
Martin Miller’s is blended with pristine glacial water from Iceland’s frozen highlands, crafting a pure, crisp spirit of unparalleled clarity and smoothness. Blending the finest botanicals with the world’s purest water – pristine Icelandic spring water – it’s remarkably smooth and refined; a crisp, clean gin with a delicate balance of citrus and juniper that promises fans of gin a new and indulgent experience.
