A man has been charged over the 43-year-old motorcyclist and dad of four Carl Dawson, from Moston
18 year old Shikeo Bell of Scargill Close, has been charged with one count of causing death by dangerous driving,of count aggravated taking of a vehicle without consent,causing death while uninsured and causing death whilst driving without a license.
He will next appear at Manchester & Salford Magistrates Court on 14 September
Carl was killed after being hit by a vehicle on Hillier Street a year ago
