“It is with great sadness that I learned of the death of Her Majesty The Queen.
On behalf of the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport, its residents, Councillors and Officers, I would like to offer my deepest sympathies and condolences to the Royal Family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Royal Family at this time.
As a mark of respect, the Union Flag at Stockport Town Hall is being flown at half-mast.”
