Sexy Fish Manchester has announced a very special events calendar for the summer season – kicking off with the arrival of its all-new outdoor pop-up bar, in partnership with Ron Santiago de Cuba.

The new pop-up bar is serving up a range of frozen daiquiris and serves to celebrate the arrival of Summer and Ron Santiago de Cuba Daiquiri Week, from 12th to 21st July 2024, which sees a selection of world-leading venues, including Sexy Fish, featuring special serves in celebration of the much-loved Cuban cocktail – giving guests a chance to enjoy a tipple in the open air over the course of the next two months.

The bar, which will be dressed in planting, flowers and branded Ron Santiago de Cuba rum barrels, will be serving a specially curated Ron Santiago de Cuba frozen cocktail menu alongside a selection of famous Sexy Fish appetizers and dishes. Special limited edition summer cocktails include Frozen Strawberry Jasmine Daiquiri, then Frozen Banana Colada and a Santiago de Cuba Añejo 8 Years Old Rum with a Rose Vermouth, Strawberry, Lime and Jasmine, all priced at £8.00.

There will also be a one-off Calypso Beach Brunch which will take place across both Sexy Fish Manchester and Sexy Fish London on Sunday 21st July. Priced at £48 per person, guests will be treated to a twist on the regular Sexy Fish sushi brunch, with a Cuban-inspired ceviche station, Latin-inspired music, Ron Santiago de Cuba cocktails and the opportunity to make-your-own daiquiri in celebration of Daiquiri Week.

The partnership will also see a very special Ron Santiago de Cuba cocktail menu available throughout the Summer including a selection of special serves such as a Knickerbocker Kicker featuring Ron Santiago de Cuba Añejo 8 Years Old , Raspberry, Lemon, Cointreau, Amontillado and Absinthe alongside a Buko Pandan Daiquiri which includes Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Years Old , Pandan, Rice and Coconut.

The famous Sexy Fish ‘Dinner Party’ is also set to take on a new twist over summer, with the launch of ‘Tropical Tides’ nights with Ron Santiago de Cuba cocktails, dancers and Latin-inspired music every Friday and Saturday from 10pm until the end of August.

The late night bar and restaurant will also be taking part in the famous ‘Manchester Day’ celebrations on 29th July with a selection of entertainment outside the venue throughout the afternoon as well as a very special weekend planned to celebrate Manchester PRIDE with more details to be revealed in the coming weeks
