Tory MP Geoffrey Clifton-Brown was sent home from the party’s conference in Manchester after being involved in a ‘totally unacceptable’ altercation with event staff
The incident happened in the International Suite and led to parts of the venue being put in lockdown, and armed police being summoned.
Video taken at the scene showed officers entering the lounge and then moving press and onlookers away from the incident.
