Meshai Newby,aged 23, of Brydon Avenue, Manchester, has been charged with murder in connection with the death of 24-year-old Neri Morse in Ancoats on Wednesday evening
He has also been charged with section 18 assault and possession of a bladed article, and has been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court today
