Police want to speak to this person after a man in his 30’s suffered a fractured cheek bone, a fractured eye socket, a damaged eye nerve, and multiple cuts to the face after an incident in Rochdale last Monday
Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have been in the area Parker Street at the time around 1.30am or who may have witnessed the incident.
The victim is likely to need further medical treatment for his injuries
