Courtney Adams is wanted on suspicion of rape and burglary, which took place in Manchester City Centre on Tuesday 29 November
Officers would urge the public not to approach this individual and call the police if you see him.
He is known to have links to Hulme, Ardwick and Manchester City Centre.
