Plans have been submitted for 32 social rent apartments on the former Apollo Inn site in Miles Platting as part of wider masterplan
Residents in Miles Platting are being invited to have their say on a proposed new affordable housing scheme that forms part of wider regeneration for the area.
Jigsaw Homes Group, in partnership with Manchester City Council, is looking to deliver much-needed new homes in and around Varley Street.
This will include the development of 32 one-bedroom apartments for social rent on the site of the long-vacant former Apollo Inn. The pub, which has stood empty for around 15 years, will form Phase 1 of the masterplan.
Plans for the Apollo Inn site were submitted to Manchester City Council this week, which can be found via on the Manchester City Council website >
