The Company behind three ongoing housing developments in Stockport has appiked
Following St Mary’s Gate, Albion House and Coopers Brow, the Alderley Edge based Hall and Co have submitted planning permission for 48 Churchgate to create 27 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Director Jamie Hall said: “48 Churchgate is a continuation of a series of projects we are underway with in the Underbanks area, transforming underused buildings to create high-quality new apartments. We’re pleased to be able to invest further in Stockport town centre, contributing to the exciting new vision for the town and its ambitious housing targets.”
