A plane crash this afternoon at Barton Airport has left one man fighting for his life and another man injured
According to reports, the light aircraft flipped upside down with its fuel tank leaking
The crash happened around 5.30 this evening and reports say that the plane on taking off failed to gain any altitude and its wing clipped the ground before rolling over and snapping in two
“Emergency services are currently responding to a plane crash at Barton Aerodrome” say GMP
“Two men have been taken to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries and another with potentially life-changing injuries.
“A scene is in place whilst emergency service workers conduct their enquiries
