One man has died and a second is in a critical condition after a car crashed into a bungalow in Diggle,Saddleworth
Police say the driver of a Fiat 500 was travelling on Dorset Avenue, approached the junction with Huddersfield Road, and the vehicle crossed the junction and collided with a bungalow on Huddersfield Road.
The passenger, aged 81, died at the scene. The driver, aged 75, remains in a critical condition at the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Officers from the SCIU continue their investigation and are asking for anyone with information to please come forward.
