A property in Prestwich has been targeted this morning by Palestinian Activists who claim the offices are the home of the Manchester based landlords of the Israeli Arms Firm Elbit
Palestinian Action have been targeting Companies linked to the firm over a number of months across Manchester and further afield with red paint claiming that Israel’s biggest arms firm coordinate the production of weapons which are “battle-tested” on Palestinians.

The attack has been condemned as it lies within the heart of the Jewish Community
Bury South MP Christian Wakefield said in a statement
“I’m deeply troubled to have learned that there was an attack on a property in the heart of the Jewish community in my constituency.The attack saw antisemitic graffiti targeted towards the Jewish owners of the building and those Jewish businesses who use the building.”

“Antisemitism can never be tolerated.The local authorities are aware and investigating the matter. I want to reassure all my constituents that any hatred, towards any community in Bury South can never be justified, at any level.”
