A new business, Geek Café UK, has taken retail premises at 9 Regent Road, Altrincham.

Regional Property Solutions negotiated the surrender of the previous occupier, Altrincham Ecigs, lease and the simultaneous granting of a new lease to Geek Café Ltd.
The shop comprises 600 sq ft and has been let for 10 years at a rental of £12,500 per annum.
Daniel Lee, managing director, Regional Property Solutions, said: “The area around Regent Road is being redeveloped and this letting reflects a rent increase of 15% since 2017, despite the uncertainty of the last two years.”
