Renowned Irish pub, Nancy Spains, is set to open its doors in Manchester on Saturday 15th March 2025.
The pub will bring its signature blend of authentic Irish hospitality, live music, and pints of Murphy’s to the city. This highly anticipated launch marks the pub’s expansion outside of London, introducing a new destination for those seeking the ultimate traditional Irish pub experience.
To celebrate the opening, the first 5,000 pints of Murphy’s poured will be just £2.50 to celebrate the opening day. This exclusive offer will be the first chance for Mancunians to experience the warm, welcoming atmosphere that has established Nancy Spains as one of London’s favourite pubs.
Designed to honour Irish culture while embracing the dynamic energy of its new location, Nancy Spains Manchester will feature a carefully curated selection of drinks, including an array of Irish whiskeys and their infamous pints of Murphy’s Stout (you won’t find Guinness at this Irish pub), live music performances, and a lively late-night setting.
With two popular venues in London, Nancy Spains merges the warmth and spirit of classic Irish hospitality, creating a space that feels both familiar and new. Rooted in Nancy Spain’s legacy, the team of three brothers behind the pub travelled all over their home county of rural Kerry, researching traditional Irish pubs to help craft their vision for Nancy Spains; a gathering place that balances the comforts of a traditional pub with the vibrancy of the city.
Peter O’Halloran, co-founder of Nancy Spains commented, “We’re so excited to be launching in Manchester, bringing Nancy Spains to the heart of the Northern Quarter. After the success of our two venues in London, it was only right to bring Nancy Spains’ infectious spirit and Irish pride to Manchester. Slainte!”
Nancy Spains Manchester opens on 15th March 2024.
