YOLO Funeral Services is opening in the former Co Operative Funeral Care premises at 33 Copson Street, Withington.
It has taken the ground and first-floor outlet providing 1,163 sq ft on a six-year lease at a rent of £16,000 per annum.
Leyton Moores, managing director, YOLO Funeral Services, said: “I started my career here with Co Op funerals and it was shame to see them vacate the building. But, I am delighted to have found a home, back in a community I know, from which we can offer funeral services directly to the public”.
