tender by Niall Keating, Manchester’s newest family-style brasserie nestled within the iconic Stock Exchange Hotel has announced its elevated Sunday Roast experience taking over one of the city’s most historic dining rooms.

The menu, which encourages sharing features a selection of culinary dishes thoughtfully created by Michelin-starred chef, Niall Keating. Diners can enjoy two courses for £38.50 or three for £48.50, with a selection of starters such as Chorizo Risotto, Warm Egg Yolk, Parmesan, Crème Fraiche and Guanciale or Smoked Eel Teriyaki, Sesame and Daikon Salad.

The main course features the star of the show – the show-stopping Sunday Feast which is made up of Roast Sirloin of Beef or Crispy Glazed Pork served withtraditional trimmings. Chef Keating’s signature Sticky Toffee Date Pudding with Vanilla Crème Anglaise also features on the menu – the perfect way to finish any Sunday meal at Stock Exchange Hotel.

A selection of sides can also be added including House Seasoned Fries or Deep Fried Sprouts, Bacon and Parmesan.

An acoustic live music set will also be played throughout the afternoon making this the perfect backdrop to spend any Sunday in the very heart of Manchester.

Two-courses are priced at £38.50 per person and three-courses at £48.50.
