The Manchester Flower Festival returns next month with a brand-new theme for its popular flower trail across the city centre.

Hot on the heels of the inaugural RHS Urban Show which took place in the city last week, Manchester’s summer of floral fun is set to continue with The Manchester Flower Festival over the late May Bank Holiday weekend.

Celebrated as Manchester’s most Instagrammable event of the year, this year’s floral trail will celebrate Manchester Icons

Visitors can expect to see a range of glorious displays inspired by Manchester-born icons, music icons and iconic buildings, created by local artists, gardeners and flower enthusiasts.

Now in its seventh year, The Manchester Flower Festival, organised annually by Manchester City Centre Business Improvement District, on behalf of city centre retailers, restaurants and businesses, attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year. Alongside the headline floral trail, the festival brings fun and frivolity to the city’s streets with a cocktail trail, live entertainment, floral workshops, arts and crafts markets, family fun and more.
