The firm behind many of Manchester’s Towers has seen its profits jump by nearly 50 per cent
Renaker saw profits jump to £9.7m from £6.3m while turnover increased by around 5 per cent to £280m for the year to 31 October 2025 from £265m
The builder handed over five projects delivering 1,414 flats, 576 student beds and 806 co-living units in the calendar year and says that it will complete a further 1,534 new homes and 861 student beds between 2027 and 2029.
It warned however that no new contract starts took place during the financial year and that future fresh starts are likely to fall back against 2024 and 2025 levels.
