BGF-backed Voicescape, the Manchester-based provider of analytics and engagement solutions for social housing and local authorities, has reported another year of strong growth, surpassing 6 million properties reached across its product suite and setting out plans for key product launches in its next financial year.

Since October 2020, the company has increased customer numbers fivefold, expanded managed stock sevenfold, and grown recurring revenue tenfold. Its flagship Caseload Manager solution, launched in 2022, has now surpassed 1 million properties under management across more than 50 customers, marking another major milestone in the company’s continued expansion across the housing sector.

A defining moment in early 2026 was Voicescape’s acquisition of Enterprise RPA, bringing together AI-led tenant engagement and robotic process automation within a single platform. The industry-first move responds directly to growing demand from landlords facing rising arrears, tighter regulation, stretched teams, and increasing pressure to automate routine processes while maintaining clear oversight.

The financial year also saw the launch of Agreements Manager, Voicescape’s latest product designed to help social landlords reduce broken repayment agreements, recover arrears more quickly, and support more sustainable tenancies. The solution was developed in response to Voicescape research which found that tenant repayment agreements form 25-50% of all social housing arrears and break more than 90% of the time.

Looking ahead, Voicescape plans for key product launches in its next financial year, further extending its support for housing providers and local authorities working to improve efficiency, strengthen resident outcomes, and manage growing operational complexity.

Gary Haynes, Managing Director at Voicescape, said:

“As a purpose-led business, our focus remains clear: helping public service organisations build stronger connections with the communities they serve. The progress we’ve made this year has enabled us to reach more properties and better support the social housing and local authorities sectors as it responds to increasing pressure.

“At a time when organisations in these sectors are expected to achieve more with fewer resources, there’s a pressing need for greater efficiency, smarter automation, and reliable oversight that keeps people firmly at the centre of service delivery. Our recent acquisition of Enterprise RPA marks an important step in meeting that need. Together, we now offer a single integrated partner that supports the full operational lifecycle, designed specifically for housing providers and local authorities.

“We’re looking ahead to another strong year, with plans to expand our product offering and continue improving the solutions that help our customers respond to the sector’s evolving demands.”

The company’s continued focus on customer outcomes has contributed to an NPS score of 46, alongside 12 industry award shortlistings and three wins, including recognition at the NHMF Awards and Housing Innovation Awards. Voicescape was also named in Megabuyte’s 2026 list of the UK’s 50 top-performing scale-ups and ranked 55th in the Tussell Tech200, which recognises the fastest-growing technology suppliers in the UK public sector. Further recognition came through Company Partner accreditation with the Market Research Society, the UK’s leading professional body for research, insight and analytics.
