A man remains in hospital in a critical condition after an assault in Oldham in the early hours of Monday outside the Bank pub on Yorkshire Street
Police are now appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the assault to come forward and assist their investigation.
Detective Inspector Andy Day, of our Oldham District, said: “This is a serious incident in which the victim of this assault remains in a critical condition in hospital.
“We are now appealing for people to come forward and help our investigation – no piece of information is too small.
